About the Company
The founders of RE Bid Sales have been helping their clients attain their goals since 1984. Our company is bolstered by the successful experience of our people. Our team has expertise in not only the Bid Sales process, but also real estate auctions, conventional brokerage, real estate investment and development, marketing, and even real estate appraisal.
The founders of RE Bid Sales guided a small, independent brokerage firm to be named one of the “Top 25 Real Estate Auction Companies” in the U.S. (see Land Report magazine).
It was that success that led to the creation of RE Bid Sales to become even more focused and efficient in helping sellers, buyers, and other agents realize the best results.
The RE Bidsales Process
- Information and documentation are compiled into a customized “package” for each listing.
- Sale date, reserve price (when applicable) and bidding deadline are determined, as well as the time frame to close the transaction.
- Listings are marketed through the top-performing online real estate platforms, national advertising, our extensive network of agents and brokers, the “patent pending” Auction Sharing Network, and our proprietary database.
- Buyers are assisted through their due diligence and bidding process.
- Bidding ends, and a purchase contract is signed by the buyer and submitted to the title company.
- The property closes.
